I'll be at the Courthouse this morning to cover the hearing on whether Wendy McCaw's Ampersand Publications can put a halt to the arbitration it initiated against Jerry Roberts, the former editor of the paper.
Ampersand, much like a prize fighter who is way behind on points, wants to halt the arbitration and have the arbitrator dismissed.
Yesterday, Superior Court Judge James Brown issued a tentative decision indicating he would rule in favor of Roberts and require Ampersand to continue in the arbitration until it is concluded.
I plan to have an updated blog post around mid to late morning reporting on the outcome of the hearing.
You can also follow my updates during the hearing on .
In the meantime, if you want to review the background and the history of the arbitration up to this point, you might want to look at my post of January 6 of this year.
Until then . . .
