The federal court hearing scheduled of 1:30 this afternoon on whether the eight News-Press reporters who were fired for engaging in protected union activity should be immediately reinstated, has been postponed for a second time. This time due to the illness of the judge.
As of now, no new date has been set, although a fair assumption would be that it will be continued to next week.
